1. IMPORTANT: Your charge will appear discreetly on your credit card as ML Ticketing (not Purrfect LV to maintain your privacy).
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL –  No refunds are available.
3. By entering this environment, I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any verbal instructions or directions and accepting any implications as a result of my own behavior, including, but not limited to, removal from the event and/or legal corrective action given by Purrfect LV Events and their staff members, partners, representatives and/or agents of each.
4. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity/event and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and further release and discharge Purrfect LV Events and their representatives, staff members, partners, or agents for injury, loss or damage arising out of my use of the presence upon the facilities of the space where the Purrfect LV Events event/activity is being held, whether caused by my fault personally or the fault of Purrfect LV or other third parties.
5. After Parties: Must attend party on the same evening to attend the after party
6. Age 21+ ONLY with verified wristbands required at all times
7. Always ask before participating in play with others
8. No Means No – It doesn’t mean “maybe” or “ask again later”; it means “NO”.
9. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated
10. No videos, recording devices, cameras or camera phones.
11. Illegal drug use is prohibited. NO Exceptions
12. No getting drunk to a point of getting sick. We will ask you to leave.
13. No smoking inside suites (Use allowed smoking areas only)
14. No locked doors. No locked door at any time.
15. We have the right to refuse admittance to anyone at anytime
16. If you are an under cover police or Media you do not have the right to record or Video or discuss what takes place at our events,. You must have a prior signed authorization.
17. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
